It's Nonstop Nite: Rammstein live in Prague 17/7/2019

The german band RAMMSTEIN released the 7th album called Rammstein and started the new tour. They played 2 years ago in Prague but I missed those gigs. So this time I just had to be there. So it happened that I visited the 2nd show in Prague this July. Yes, Rammstein played two shows in row here and both shows were sold out. This is just to show you how much Rammstein is popular here. It was my 3rd time to see them live and everytime I was in the first row. It didn't change this time neither. I arrived to arena after 9AM (!!!) and met my friend Alex with her mother. Later my friend Marika and her boyfriend joined us. The waiting outside the arena was running quite fast. The gates were opened at 3:30PM and we got into the first row on the left side of stage. The stage was just incredible! I have read in some report that the stage remineded someone the nazi style of buildings. To be honest, Rammstein always play this game even though we know they are not this kind of band.

After long and long waiting (this was much worse than the waiting outside) the support act came. It was DUO JATEKOK from France. It was really interesting choice for support. These two women play Rammstein's songs on the piano. So we could hear the piano version of "Mein Herz Brennt", "Frühling in Paris", "Engel", "Du Hast", "Ohne Dich", "Seemann" and "Sonne". They also performed on the second stage which was placed in the middle of the crowd.

Right in time the intro started to play and the drummer Christoph Schneider came on the stage. I will not lie, he's my favourite 😁 With the first drum hit the stage exploded with bunch of pyros and R+ show has started. In the fist half of concert they played a lot of songs from the new album. They

started with quite slow song "Was Ich Liebe" followed by popular "Links 2-3-4". Another new song "Puppe" was very spectacular. Till came on the stage with really big pram with the doll inside. And of course, it started to burn in a while.

We could also hear the song "Heirate mich" from the first album Herzeleid. They didn't forget to play

"Mein Herz Brennt" and "Sehnsucht". Before "Deutschland" we could hear the remix of this song. Richard put on the coat from white feathers and stood behind the mix desk. The rest of the band (not Till) wore the black suits which started to light and showed us their dance talent. I think this was the best part of the show. You just wanna see Paul, Schneider, Flake and Oliver to dance on some techno/dance shit 😂 But after that there was time for real "Deutschland" song and then another new one "Radio". I'm really happy they still play "Mein Teil" becasuse it's my all time favourite song by R+. And also this time we watched how Till was trying to cook poor Flake. Spoiler! He survived... again 😀

After that the biggest hit (in my opinion) came. Everyone, even if you aren't R+ fan, knows "Du Hast". The crowd were also singing most of parts alone. The next one "Sonne" was something for the front rows. During this song the flames were using the most. Yeah, it's a bit uncomfortable but honestly I experienced much worse with Rammstein. I remember once on some previous concert I really had to touch my head if all hair is still there. So no big deal for me this time.

Song "Engel" was played on the stage in the middle of crowd together with Duo Jatekok. Before the next song the guys jumped into the boats and the crowd carried them to the main stage There was Till already waiting for them with the big sign Willkommen. Yeah, this was time for "Ausländer" song. I think this one is my favourite from the new album. For R+ fans there is no secret what will happen during "Pussy". Till sat on the big machine penis and the front rows were covered with white liquid... thing 😁

After short break we got last two songs "Rammstein" and "Ich Will" and it was over. Well, not so much because the band got into the elevator and they were lifted up the high tower in the middle of stage. During that they were waving and with the big pyro explosion they just disappeared.

The guys were in really good mood whole concert. Paul was smiling at us all the time. And Till is really crazy. He twice hit the Paul's mike with the head and everytime he hurt his forehead till it was bleeding.

I always said that Rammstein do the best concert shows. And they proved it again. The best thing what you can see on stage now. So if you have a chance to see them live just go. Don't hesistate! Many peole say R+ concert is more about that show and not music. So what? No-one really cares 😁
